TCM cupping is a therapeutic practice within Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves placing warmed cups on the skin to create suction. This method aims to stimulate the flow of Qi (life force) and blood within the body to promote healing and relieve muscle tension. The suction is believed to help release blockages in the meridians, the pathways through which Qi flows, thereby restoring balance and well-being. Cupping is often used to treat respiratory conditions, pain, and to boost immune function. The distinctive circular bruises left by the cups are considered a beneficial outcome, signaling the release of toxins and restoration of health.

Cancellation/No show policy In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, please be courteous and contact us promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to the TCM treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled with proper notice, you may be charged a fee. Your insurance company will not cover this charge. Insurance companies only consider covering costs for services that were actually rendered.
